Our goal: Find a country that can be traveled with a 10 month old baby, that combines cities with special flair, breathtaking nature and picture book beaches. Cuba! What we didn’t know at the time, Cuba is much more than that. A country shaped by its people, in a world that seems to stand still.

After a short research on the internet we found Cuba Buddy. The first impression is good. The second top. After the first conversation with Cuba Buddy the rough outline of the trip was set. A few phone calls and numerous emails later, we had a tailor-made trip for us and our son.

I have just returned from my first trip to Greece, which included a hike on the Corfu Trail. Because it went to the Greek island of Corfu. Back I am now with lots of adventures in my luggage. But I also packed experiences and impressions and a lot of enthusiasm… that’s how much I really liked Corfu.

I set up my station in the northwest of the island, in the Corfelios bay. From there, we also went on lots of (exploratory) tours over part of the island – e.g. also on a part of the Corfu Trail and that’s exactly what I want to tell you about today.

The most distinctive area of Dorset is clearly the Jurassic Coast, which has even been declared a World Heritage Site because of its unique character.

Dorset and Devon are unfortunately only “transit countries” during our stay in southern England: We always cross the two counties and stop at the one or other sight. However, we never stay long, so that there is also no tip for overnight accommodations.
